Offering more than 25 years of legal experience
and expertise in Real Estate Transactions
Personality Does Matter.
While practicing on the East coast, Barb began her career as a corporate and real estate attorney, appointed as general counsel for the State of Connecticut Department of Economic Development, establishing and overseeing the State's small business loan program.
After moving to Denver, Barb worked on projects such as the land purchase and development of the Pepsi Center, remediation and build-out for Family Star Montessori's preschool and Head Start program, and represented the Denver Art Museum as it ventured into creating its first restaurant facilities. Barb has also worked with developers of medical and office buildings, assisted living facilities, and custom homes from the earliest stages of strategic planning and land purchases to overseeing construction and completion.
In recent years, Barb's firm has developed a focused niche practice of assisting individuals without a legal relationship who purchase residential real estate together by documenting their separate investments, shared ownership rights and obligations, and their intended outcome if and when the property is sold or transferred.
Bringing Experience and Skill to Each Transaction.

Her years of practice began at top Connecticut and Denver firms, where she developed a keen understanding of business and real estate transactions. Years in the corporate world before law school and later as in-house counsel, Barb gained valuable insight into the needs and goals of commercial enterprises.
